Ingredients
- 2 tbs sago or rice
- 1 1/2 tbs white sugar
- 1 tbs oil
- 600 ml milk
- nutmeg
- 1 egg
- In a mixing bowl put the sago or rice, milk, sugar, oil, and milk
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and mix thoroughly
- Leave stand for one hour
- Beat egg and stir into the mixture
- Spray a small (~20cm) pie dish with oil
- Pour the mixture into the pie dish
- Set your oven to 125 C and place dish in oven (no need to pre-heat)
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours [sago] or 2 hours [rice]
