Brown Rice Breakfast

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sultans or raisins
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
  1. Combine in breakfast bowl
  2. Microwave for 50 sec
  3. Serve with 1/2 cup yogurt
