Zucchini Quiche


Ingredients
  • 4 zucchini, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 rashers bacon, chopped & cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
  • 1 cup GF S.R. flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 5 eggs, lightly beaten
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well
  2. Pour mixture into a 30 cm pie dish
  3. Bake at 180, 40 to 45 mins
