Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flaked brown rice (available from your local supermarket, in the health food section; or at a much lower price from your local Indian food-store)
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp dried fruit (tropical mix or sultanas, etc) or 1 sliced fresh banana
- milk & honey to taste
- combine rice, water and fruit in a breakfast bowl
- microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes
- stir in milk & honey before serving
