Ingredients
- Piece of silverside small enough to fit in the slow cooker
- Tsp mustard seeds
- 1 medium sized onion roughly sliced
- Add onion and mustard seeds to slow cooker
- Add silverside
- Fill to top with hot water (from tap)
- Cook on high for three hours
- Slice and serve with vegetables & mustard of your choice (when cold, goes well with mustard parsley sauce & salad).
