- 1 cup corn couscous
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter/marg
Method:
- Add couscous, water & oil to a microwave rice cooker
- Mix together with a fork until all lumps removed
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes
- Mix in butter or marg with a fork
- Just before serving, microwave for 30 seconds
- Fluff up with a fork before serving
