- 2 cups GF rice bubbles
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup mixed fruit
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 250 gms copha
- Dash vanilla essence
Method:
- Place all ingredients except copha into bowl
- Melt copha in a saucepan over gentle heat
- Pour over ingredients in bowl and mix well
- Press into slab tin
- Store in fridge until set
- Cut into pieces
- Store in fridge until served
