Smoked Salmon Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup GF self-raising flour
- 1 tomato
- 200 g smoked salmon
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
Method:
- Whisk the eggs, cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl
- Pour in melted butter and flour and mix all ingredients until well combined
- Puree briefly with a hand-held blender
- Pour mixture into greased flan dish
- Break salmon into pieces, place evenly on the mixture
- Top with parsley and tomato slices
- Bake at 180ÂșC for ~50 minutes
