Ingredients
- 40 gm GF French Onion Soup Mix
- 400 ml apricot nectar
- 15 or so dried apricots
- ½ cup maize flour
- 1kg chicken drumsticks
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Lightly coat chicken with flour
- Mix apricot nectar with French Onion Soup Mix and dried apricots
- Pour into casserole dish
- Add chicken and turn them over to make sure they are coated
- Bake for approx 45 minutes
- Serve with rice and your choice of veggies
