Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 6 chicken thighs or 8 drumsticks
- 40g GF French onion soup mix
- 400g can apricot halves, drained
- 400g can apricot nectar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Method
- Smear inside of slow cooker with oil
- Add chicken
- Sprinkle with soup mix
- Add all ingredients, except cornflour
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low
- Before serving, remove chicken & stir in cornflour to thicken
- Serve chicken with cooked rice and vegetables to taste
- Spoon liquid from slow cooker over chicken
